UN Luna is the capitol of Luna. UN Luna works as the administration and central government for Luna.
The UN building of Luna is the iconic symbol of the United Nations itself, and its building shape is used as the same facade for UN Mars' UN building as well. UN Luna is (somewhat) strangely set up exactly as UN Mars is, and if it weren't for the color of the ground, you wouldn't know the difference.
