Dimensional Energy is described as the different energies that dimensions take adherence to.

In comprehensible form, these energies can be seen as waves. For example, one dimension could be a generally straight line with small bumps, and another a slightly increasing line that goes down after an increment of time. Because these energies are different, each of the dimensions will distinctly not interact with each other, except during a Dimensional Window.

The actual energies are not simple enough to be graphed as a line, the example was only given to show how these energies act towards another.
