A large crime syndicate, known as The Corruption, which Slare Darva originated from but has since left, attempts to kill Slare Darva.
The Corrupter is the “head” of the crime syndicate, and Slare Darva must discover (after finding out who is trying to kill him in the first place) who, where, and how to kill The Corrupter before Slare Darva meets his doom at the seemingly endless amount of assassins sent his way.
