UN Mars is the capitol of Mars. UN Mars works as the administration and central government for Mars.
The UN building of Mars is the iconic symbol of the United Nations itself, and its building shape is used as the same facade for UN Luna's UN building as well. UN Mars is (somewhat) strangely set up exactly as UN Luna is, and if it weren't for the color of the ground, you wouldn't know the difference.
