Sentience is the modern form of Artificial Intelligence. Sentience describes the awareness of a machine insofar that it can think and expand its mind like a human would. A machine that has Sentience installed is called a sentient mechanic.

To qualify as Sentience, a number of conditions must be met, otherwise it is treated as Artificial Intelligence:

1. Free-thinking.

2. Basic skills of communicating to humans (for example, audio or visual).

3. Reacts to human input.
