A control bracelet is a human interfacing bracelet that is worn. This control bracelet is an additional "accessory" to the power bracelet, to control it.
A control bracelet is usually used when weaponizing a power bracelet into a laser shear or using it to power different interfaces. Most power bracelet users do not require a control bracelet for normal use, and are really only required if they are using it to power weaponry or things of a non-recreational use.
